What this service is

Astex Astro calculates Vedic birth charts and provides astrological readings and remedies, both through an AI chat interface and through paid one-to-one consultations.

Astex Astro is operated by Astex Remedies Private Limited.

By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Astrology is guidance, not advice

This is the most important term on this page. Astrological readings are offered for reflection and personal insight. They are not professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and must not be used as a substitute for it.

Do not delay seeking qualified professional help because of anything a reading says. If you are dealing with a medical condition, a legal matter, or a financial decision of consequence, consult a licensed professional in that field.

We make no guarantee that any prediction, timing window, or remedy will produce a particular outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Accounts

You can calculate a chart without an account. An anonymous chart session lasts 24 hours.

If you register, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information, particularly birth details, since an incorrect birth time produces an incorrect chart.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to disrupt it, or uses it unlawfully.

Credits and payments

The AI chat runs on a prepaid credit system.

• ·Credits are purchased in packs and deducted per question at the rate shown on the Pricing page at the time you ask.
• ·Purchased credits do not expire.
• ·Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• ·Free and bonus credits may be granted at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• ·Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change. A change never affects credits you have already bought.

Consultations

A one-to-one consultation is a scheduled session with a human astrologer, booked through the Consultation page. Submitting a request does not by itself confirm a booking, our coordinator will contact you to agree a time.

Please be on time. A session missed without notice may be treated as delivered. Rescheduling and cancellation are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ·Use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud, or harm another person.
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the calculation engine, the rule base, or the content.
• ·Resell or redistribute readings, reports, or chart output as your own commercial product.
• ·Interfere with the service's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to another user's account.
• ·Submit another living person's birth details without a reasonable basis for doing so.

Our content

The calculation engine, the underlying methodology, the rule base, the interface, and the written content are ours and are protected by copyright. Readings and reports generated for you are yours to use personally, not to republish commercially.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream provider failures, and faults happen. Where a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period through our fault, contact us and we will make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date above shows the last change, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
