Before you book

When is my appointment confirmed?

Payment confirms receipt of your service request. A consultation appointment is confirmed when you and the practitioner agree on a date and time. Distance Reiki packages have a start date agreed separately.

Do I need my birth details?

Birth date, time and place help prepare a Vedic chart. Add what you know, and mention any uncertainty in your questions. Tarot readings do not require a birth chart. For distance Reiki, your practitioner will explain the preparation needed.

How do I join my consultation?

Your practitioner will share Google Meet joining details after your appointment time is agreed. Distance Reiki packages do not include a video consultation.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Use your booking reference when contacting support. Please review the cancellation and rescheduling policy for the applicable conditions.
