Shukra (Venus)

Shukra signifies love, marriage and partnership. It is the karaka of the wife in a man's chart. It also signifies music, art, fashion, vehicles and the comforts of home. A person with a clear Shukra tends to have taste and a gift for making a place pleasant.

Beyond romance, Shukra speaks about refinement and the capacity to enjoy life without excess. It rules the senses, and so it asks for balance.
