- Sudden change
As a yes or no answer:No
Upright
Something built on shaky ground gives way. It clears space for what is true.
The Tower is struck by lightning and its crown flies off. Sudden change shakes what was built on weak foundations. It may feel shocking, but what falls was never solid. Truth comes out and illusions break. After the dust settles, you can rebuild on something real and strong.
Reversed
A shake-up you saw coming, or one you are trying to dodge. Better to face it.
Reversed, The Tower shows an upheaval you saw coming or are trying to avoid. Delaying it only makes the fall harder. Face the change while you still have some control over how it unfolds.
