As a yes or no answer:Yes
Upright
A cycle completes with success. You have arrived somewhere you worked hard to reach.
The World shows a dancer within a laurel wreath, the four corners of creation watching. A cycle is complete. You have arrived somewhere you worked hard to reach: a goal achieved, a lesson learned, a journey finished. Celebrate, then get ready for the next adventure. Travel and wide horizons may also feature.
Reversed
Almost there. Tie up the loose ends before you call it done.
Reversed, The World shows you are almost there but not quite. A loose end needs tying, a shortcut has left a gap, or you are afraid to close a chapter. Finish what is unfinished and the sense of completion will come.
In love
